The purpose of this deliverable is to develop a matchmaking framework to be developed and deployed as a matchmaking digital module for creating symbiotic flows, to be integrated into Theseus central end-user platform.
Based on matchmaking frameworks from previous projects and related research, dedicated modules will be developed and will be specialized for the different value chains tackled in Theseus. Symbiotic flows will be identified and evaluated by new matchmaking and recommender algorithms to be developed and deployed. Module will identify and pre-assess potential symbiosis between organisations (e.g. similarities in NACE and Classification), resource needs and compatibility, capacities, supply and demand; aspects such as aspects such as processes, services required, distance etc.
The evaluation and impact assessment of the proposed symbiotic models will be based on the further development of ISRL (industrial symbiosis readiness level)-Matrix for I-US developments and value chains. ISRL-Matrix will be tested and validated in 3-5 different cases, and it will be developed to a VCRL (value chain readiness level) in 3 Theseus value chains.
