Originally delivered as a presentation at the ARTEMIS Conference, this piece connects the dots between medieval textile networks and cutting-edge plastic recycling, and describes how the WHITECYCLE project is using enzymes and APIs to rebuild the kind of circular economy that medieval regions across Europe once ran on touch and trust.

The digital exhibition and virtual tour consist of content and objects displayed at the physical “Seasons of Colours” exhibition held from 10 June to 18 August 2024 at the Arktikum in Rovaniemi, Finland.
