W4TEX’s “Be A Manager” e-learning platform

The “Be A Manager” e-learning platform is a comprehensive training resource consisting of 12 insightful and interactive modules exploring management concepts and principles applicable to the textile sector and beyond (which can also be downloaded in PDF format). It delves into the fundamental skills that someone holding a managerial position should have and it addresses multiple ways to acquire or optimise them.

As the focus of the W4TEX project is on upskilling women in particular, materials include issues related to gender-based stereotypes, the role of women in the textile industry, the obstacles they face, and the strategies that foster equality and play a major role in overcoming challenges in this vital industry.
