AEQUALIS4TCLF project: D3.3: TCLF Skills Needs Analysis Report

This report presents the consolidated results of the AEQUALIS4TCLF project’s Work Package 3, which aimed to identify and analyse the current and emerging skills needs in the textile, clothing, leather and footwear (TCLF) sectors across seven participating countries: Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Serbia and Slovenia.

The findings are based on two complementary research phases. Deliverable 3.1 assessed policy frameworks and structural changes driving demand for new skills, while Deliverable 3.2 captured qualitative evidence through stakeholder interviews, focus groups and an online survey conducted across the participating countries.
