EU policy is increasingly pushing for better traceability and transparency across value chains to advance the circular economy. After batteries, textiles will be among the first product groups required by law to implement a Digital Product Passport (DPP). As a central digital and policy instrument, the DPP is expected to transform how product-related data is generated, exchanged and leveraged throughout supply chains.
On 13 January 2026, PESCO-UP will organise an in-person event in Brussels, “Digital Product Passports: the Golden Thread Through Textile Recycling?”, aiming to unpack the potential of the DPP to enable more traceable, transparent and sustainable textile recycling value chains.
Join them for an insightful exchange with policymakers, industry leaders and innovators shaping the future of circular textiles
